One of my goal for 2019 is to learn about mental health, and since charity begins at home, I decided to follow Take 10 series of Headspace.
It’s tough, I have known about headspace since 2015 and have completed Take 10 only once.
Creating a habit is one of the toughest things I think, at least for me. But that does not mean I should stop trying. After all “People do not decide their futures, they decide their habits and their habits decide their futures.”
I think I have a high chance to follow through on my habits when I make it public.
So here goes nothing. I have two habits that I want to form, meditate more and reading 25 pages per day. Below is my report card. I would include this with every email newsletter. I request you to ping me if I start straying from my goals.
